POONACHA) The present contempt proceedings are filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 22.09.2022 passed in WP No.103739/2022. 2. The learned Single Judge vide impugned order dated 22.09.2022, passed in WP No.103739/2022, while ordering for issuance of notice has directed respondent No.2 – the Municipal Commissioner, City Corporation, Ballari not to precipitate the matter till the next date of hearing pursuant to notices – Annexures - A and A1. It is forthcoming that the interim relief sought for in the writ petition is for stay of the notices dated 08.07.2022 and 20.08.2022 (Annexures-A and A1) - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:5412-DB CCC No. 100030 of 2025 3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent authority has removed the boundary stones in the subject land in violation of the order dated 22.09.2022. The interim order dated 22.09.2022 directing the matter not to precipitate is required to be construed as retailing to proceedings initiated vide the notices dated 08.07.2022 and 20.08.2022 (Annexueres-A and A1) to the writ petition and not regarding any other aspects. 4. In view of the same, there is no disobedience of the orders of this Court as is sought to be alleged in the contempt petition. Hence, the present contempt proceedings are dropped.
