The first bail application filed by applicant was dismissed as withdrawn on 26.08.2025 by the counsel for applicant after arguing for some time. 2. Applicant has filed this second bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 659/2023 registered at Police Station – Kurud, District Dhamtari (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 460, 294, 323, 506, 427, 147, 148, 149, 396, 120B and 302 of IPC. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits this application is filed on the ground of change circumstances that the other co-accused person has been enlarged on bail by this Court. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for applicant and considering the fact that the earlier bail application filed by applicant was dismissed only PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 on 26.08.2025, I do not find any good ground or change circumstances at this stage to entertain this second bail application. 5.
