The petitioner in the present petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, is seeking for anticipatory bail in case FIR No.322 dated 06.09.2023, under Sections 379-A read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Arya Nagar Rohtak, District Rohtak. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner remained absent from learned trial Court on 10.01.2025 due to ongoing medical condition of hepatitis C and miscommunication between the petitioner and his counsel and consequently, his bail order was cancelled and his bail bonds and surety bonds were forefeited to the State. He also submits that till date no proclamation has been issued by learned trial Court. He further submits that the petitioner also moved anticipatory bail application before learned trial Court, but the same was withdrawn on 20.03.2025. On the asking of the Court, Ms. Ankita Ahuja, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice behalf of the respondent-State and has opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this court is of the opinion that no ground is made out to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, at this stage. 5. Dismissed. 6.
