G RAJU The Court made the following: ::ORDER :: The above contempt case has been filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 20.01.2025 in W.P.No.30340 of 2024. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. W.P.No.30340 of 2024, filed by the petitioner, was disposed of on 20.01.2025. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows: <Given, the instructions and since a notice was issued to R. Shreya, daughter of the deceased, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondent No.4 to provide an opportunity to the petitioner to submit necessary certificates and there upon take a decision regarding entitlement of the petitioner or any other legal heir of late R. Arjun Naik, for sanction of family pension, strictly as per the rules.= 4. A reply affidavit was filed on behalf of the respondent. It was contended inter alia that in pursuance of the aforementioned order, a notice was issued to the petitioner to submit a family member certificate and other documents relating to the deceased by name Sri Arjuna Naik, to take necessary action. The petitioner acknowledged the same on 16.04.2025 and sought 15 days to submit documents. Thereafter, a remainder dated 12.06.2025, was issued to the petitioner to submit a family member certificate. However, the petitioner could not submit any documents. 5. Sri P. Sasidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that due to internal disputes between the daughters of 1st wife of Sri Arjuna Naik and the petitioner (3rd wife of Sri Arjuna Naik), the Tahsildar declined to issue a family member certificate. The petitioner filed a writ petition challenging the proceedings of the Tahsildar. 6. Thus, as seen from the material available on record, the respondent, by issuing notice dated 25.03.2025 and a reminder on 12.06.2025, has complied with the order 20.01.2025 in W.P.No.30340 of 2024. Hence, this Court does not find any violation of the aforementioned order. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from submitting necessary documents for consideration before the authority, as per the directions issued in the writ petition. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in case of non-consideration of the said documents. No order as to costs.
