The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: 1. Issue, Writ, Order or Direction, in certiorari by quashing the resolution passed in the meeting held on 21.12.2022 under Subject No.65(4) by the respondent No.1 Vide Annexure-E to allot, Plot No.105 of Sy.No.418 situated at Koppal, Tq: and Dist: Koppal, to respondent No.3. 2. Consequentially, declare that, the lease deed executed on 10.01.2023 with respect to Plot No.105 in Sy. No.418 situated at Koppal, Tq: and Dist: Koppal, by the respondent No.2 in favor of respondent No.2 as illegal and void, vide Annexure- F. 3. Sri.Ramachandra Bhat., counsel submits that a memo has been filed stating that the first respondent has cancelled the allotment made in favor of the third respondent by an order dated 06.11.2024. Counsel therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for respondent No.3 and the memo is placed on record. 5. A careful perusal of the order reflects that on 06.11.2024, the allotment made in favor of the third respondent was cancelled.
