Through the medium of the instant application, the petitioner seeks the correction in respect of the mention of the date of filing of the charge-sheet in case FIR No.15/2010 of Vigilance Organization Jammu (ACB) occurring in para 53 of the judgment dated 15.05.2025 of this Court passed in OWP No.860/2010 titled Mohammad Bashir Vs. State of J&K through Senior Superintendent of Police Vigilance Organization Jammu (now ACB Jammu), which is reported to have been inadvertently mentioned as 03.01.2023 instead of 03.01.2013. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant. 3. The learned Senior AAG appearing for the respondent has no objection in making the needful correction as per the actual records/data. 4. Perused the application supported with an affidavit. Sr. No. 73 2 CM No.2959/2025 in OWP No.860/2010 5. In the light of the perusal of the records of the main disposed of file, admittedly an error appears to have been inadvertently crept in while mentioning the date of filing of the charge-sheet as 03.01.2023 instead of 03.01.2013. Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that the date of filing of the charge-sheet as mentioned in para 53 of the judgment dated 15.05.2025 shall be read as 03.01.2013 instead of 03.01.2023. This order shall be an integral part of the main judgment dated 15.05.2025. 6. The application is, accordingly, disposed of. (MOHD.
