Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T Case No. 124 of 2024, arising out of Golmuri PS Case No.20 of 2023, Corresponding to G.R Case No. 683 of 2023 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 27/25(1-B)(a)/35/25(1A) of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum. On 25.02.2023, brother of the informant was shot by Abdulla resident of worker’s flat near Masjid. He sustained injury in his stomach. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the Abdullah, who had shot the injured has been granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court. It was further submitted that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum in connection with S.T Case No. 124 of 2024, arising out of Golmuri PS Case No.20 of 2023, Corresponding to G.R Case No. 683 of 2023.
