Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the recruitment process has already been completed. It is noticed that the petitioner was not granted any interim relief at the time of entertaining this writ petition and the petitioner has also not impleaded the candidates who have been recruited pursuant to the impugned advertisement. It is therefore, obvious that no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is therefore, DISMISSED. Rule is discharged.
