(ORAL) Seeking directions to the respondents to pay the salary regularly and also to release the amount of leave travel concession as well as 3% annual increase in the basic pay and dearness allowance along with the arrears, the present writ petition has been filed. 2 It has been averred in the writ petition that the petitioner was appointed as Peon through the Outsourcing Agency under Outsourcing Policy Part-I vide letter dated 16.11.2016 and thereafter was merged in Outsourcing Policy Part-II keeping in view length of service and work and conduct of the petitioner. It is averred that the petitioner prays for issuance of a direction to the concerned respondents to take a decision on the legal notice RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2025.04.25 09:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-10939-2025 (O&M). -2- dated 27.02.2025 (Annexure P-9) and to pass a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law and in a time bound manner. 3 Taking into consideration the prayer made in the present writ petition as also the facts noticed, I am of the opinion that issuance of a formal notice may not be necessary in the present case in view of the order which this Court proposes to pass. 4 Accordingly, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri, to decide the legal notice dated 27.02.2025 (Annexure P-9) submitted by the petitioner and to pass a speaking and reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
