The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application and quash the impugned summoning order dated 5.4.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh (Annexure No. 6 to this affidavit) and entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 206 of 2014 Ghanshyam Singh versus Pawan and others, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Atraulee, District- Aligarh pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh, may also be quashed and It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay the effect and operation of the impugned summoning order dated 5.4.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh (Annexure No. 6 to this affidavit) and entire proceeding of Complaint Case No. 206 of 2014 Ghanshyam Singh versus Pawan and others, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Atraulee, District- Aligarh pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh may also be stayed, during the pendency of the present application before this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury, which cannot be compensated in any terms of money." 4. This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 13.10.2017 subject to deposit of Rs. 15,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 09.1.2018, the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till 08.1.2018. 5. In view of the same, this matter is reported by the office through the report dated 04.08.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 6. Perused the records. 7. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicants to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to have become infructuous by efflux of time, the same is dismissed as such. 8.
