This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the CPC, seeking transfer of MC No.102 of 2024 pending consideration before the Senior Civil Judge at Saundatti, to the competent Family Court at Gadag. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the distance between Saundatti and Gadag is more than 75 kms, I find force in the submission - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:5395 CP No. 100041 of 2025 made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, petition is allowed.
