This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to use the land of an extent of Ac.0.85 Cents in Sy.No.45-3 in Nallamilli Village, Rangampeta Mandal, East Godavari District belonging to the Village Deity Sri Mutyalamma Ammavaru of Nallamilli Village for construction of Government offices buildings and for giving house site pattas under 'Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu' scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent submits that the subject land was not utilized for the welfare scheme of housing. 4. The copy of the instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted, for any public purpose. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
