Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has taken this Court through the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioners dated 14.11.2025 (Ex.P.1). He submits that there is inaction on the part of the Respondents in acting upon the said Representation. 3. It transpires from the record that this Writ Petition was filed on 24.11.2025, which means that the Writ Petitioners have approached this Court within ten days of submitting the Representation. 4. On the face of it, this Writ Petition is premature in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition on the ground that it is premature, inasmuch as the Petitioners have approached this Court within ten days after submitting the Representation without even giving reasonable time to the Respondents to consider it. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Writ Petitioners to approach this Court if there is inaction on the part of the Respondents after a period of eight weeks. No order as to costs. 3 6.
