ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: <…to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of appeal in Rc.No.1634/2024/FI dated 30.11.2024 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and to consequently direct the 2nd respondent to expedite the adjudication of appeal and dispose of the same within a reasonable time and pass…= (in verbatim)
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. The contention of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has not considered the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.11.2024. 4. Considering the submissions made, and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner, follow due procedure, and dispose of the same within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. As this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, notice to respondent Nos.5 and 6 is dispensed with. 4
