Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted representation (Annexure P-6) dated 19th September, 2025 before respondent no. 2 raising grievances as raised in this writ petition which is pending consideration since long, therefore, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only praying for issuance of a direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for State would submit that he is not having any objection to limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, if representation of petitioner is till pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on representation of petitioner dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-6) in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within two months from date of receipt of copy of this Order.
