The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that though by order dated 23.01.2025 she was directed to take instructions regarding up-dation of the case diary, however, she has been informed by the Officer-in-charge of Pasighat Police Station by WT Message that charge-sheet has already been laid in this case under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since only FIR was put to challenge in this criminal petition, he intends to withdraw the instant criminal petition with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet in this case. 4.
