By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal.
2. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application that the applicant could not approach to the Counsel as health of his wife was deteriorating.
3. Considering the reasons mentioned which appears to be sufficient and reasonable one, the delay of 20 days deserves to be condoned.
4. Hence, the application is allowed and delay is condoned.
5. Appeal be registered.
