This matter underwent several adjournments without appearance of the
learned counsel for the appellant. Thereafter, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the appellants9 counsel is no more. Then, on 24.09.2025 this Court issued notice to the appellant through the Registry. But, the said notice was returned with an endorsement that 8no such addressee in this address9.
2. Under these circumstances, in our considered view, it appears that appellant has no interest to prosecute this Appeal.
4. Accordingly, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
