At the very outset, learned counsel for the State by producing a copy of the communication dated 10.11.2025 sent by the Jail Superintendent, Central Jain, Bilaspur would submit that the appellant has completed the entire jail sentence imposed by the learned Trial Court and as such nothing remains in this appeal for adjudication. Copy of the communication dated 10.11.2025 is taken on record. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to press the present appeal. 4.
