Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction, directing the District Judge, Gorakhpur, District Gorakhpur to decide and pass appropriate orders on the stay application dated 18.03.2025 (numbered as 11 Ga) filed along with SCC Revision No.34 of 2025 within stipulated time period may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid application dated 18.03.2025 is pending for disposal. Therefore, a direction may be issued to District Judge, Gorakhpur to decide the application dated 18.03.2025 at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to District Judge, Gorakhpur to decide stay application dated 18.03.2025 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. 5. Till the disposal of the aforesaid application, parties are directed to maintain status quo as on date.
