She submits that the drainage system cannot be covered permanently, as the said drainage system is required to be desilted/cleaned regularly. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the said drainage system is covered, even if by way of temporary covering. 4. Accordingly, MCD is held bound by the aforesaid statement and is directed to undertake the temporary covering of the open drainage system in front of the petitioner’s house, i.e., Plot no. 805, Poot Khurd, Delhi-110039.
