Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the payment of Leave Encashment of 295 days and remaining 10% GPF amount alongwith interest to the petitioner within some stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that claim for leave encashment of the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that claim for leave encashment of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that claim for leave encashment of the petitioner pending before respondent no. 2 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. It is further provided that all authorities shall send the required documents to the Director of Education (Secondary) - respondent no. 2 within fifteen days of the demand by the Director of Education (Secondary) - respondent no. 2 without fail. 6.
