Petitioner was appointed as APO by respondent No.3 as Fixed Tenure Employee on contract basis. On the allegation of dereliction of duties, he was terminated from services on 30.03.2011. Challenging the same, petitioner preferred appeal before respondent No.2, resulting in dismissal by order dated 17.08.20211. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner filed W.P.No.27193 of 2011, which came to be disposed by this Court by order dated 06.03.2022directing the respondents to conduct fresh enquiry. In pursuance to fresh enquiry. 3. \ \ petitioner was exonerated from allegations and came to be reinstated as APO at Polavaram Mandal, Eluru District, by order dated 03.06.2023. As petitioner has not been paid the benefits from the period of termination till reinstatement he made representation dated 25.02.2025 received by respondent Nos.1 & 2 on 07.04.2025 which is stated to be pending. 4.
