GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the Respondent authorities in not considering the Petitioner representation dated 19.05.2025 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Sec 173 of BNSS is nothing but a violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 and 4 to register the FIR in pursuant to the complaint dated 19.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner against the Respondent nos.5 to 9 in accordance with law.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, the Police have not received the representation dated 19.05.2025, but they have received the representation of the Petitioner on 02.12.2024 under PGRS system and the said representation was closed, since the subject matter is of civil nature. 3. Sri P.Nanilu Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, his representation would disclose the cognizable offences. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
