The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 04.11.2025, letter dated 08.10.2025, letter dated 17.09.2025 and also for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to adjust the amount of Rs. In pursuance of direction given by this Court Mr. Basant Kumar, Senior Treasury Officer, District Treasury Office, Bilaspur (C.G.) has appeared before this Court through video conferencing and would submit that family pension paid to the petitioner on account of death of her husband can be recovered from the difference amount of gratuity and salary which she is entitled to get in pursuance of order of this Court. 3. Since the submission made by the Senior Treasury Officer seems to be just and proper, accordingly, it is directed that the Senior Treasury Officer/respondent No. 5 will recover from the difference of gratuity payable to the petitioner in pursuance of direction of this Court and from the salary of two years which is payable to the petitioner so that the grievances of the petitioner can be resolved. 4. It is also directed that the petitioner file undertaking before the Senior Treasury Officer Bilaspur also within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter, the pension will be payable to the petitioner by the Treasury Officer in accordance with law. 5.
