This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner the benefits accrued in his favour by means of the resolution dated 17.10.1988. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that during pendency of this writ petition, the case of the petitioner was examined and in light of the Government Resolution dated 15.9.2014, the petitioner has been conferred with all the benefits that he is entitled to. 3. In light of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the present writ petition is DISPOSED OF holding that the prayer sought for in the petition has been rendered infructuous. 4. Liberty is, however reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in the event he is aggrieved by the sufficiency C/SCA/6464/2017 ORDER DATED: 11/07/2025 of benefits granted to him under the afore-mentioned Government Resolution dated 15.9.2014.
