This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for bringing legal heirs of the appellant on record. 2. The appellant died on 21.10.2023. The legal heirs of the appellant were not aware of the pendency of the litigation and, therefore, could not take necessary steps within the prescribed period, resulting in a delay of 462 days. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 462 days is hereby condoned. The abatement is set aside. The applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant Kavita 2 / 2 33-sa 450-22 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 4.
