Kusum Yadav Mayor, Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation, Jaipur, Rajasthan. 2. Deputy Commissioner Land Bank, Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation, Jaipur, Rajasthan. 3. District Collector Through Sub-Registrar IInd, Jaipur Collectorate Campus, Banipark, Jaipur, Rajasthan. ----Respondents-Defendants For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Amit Gupta with Ms. Harshita Bhala For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 10/12/2025 1. Without joining the issue on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s temporary injunction application is still pending before the trial Court. Only the ad- interim relief was rejected, against which an appeal was preferred. The learned Appellate Court, vide impugned order dated 17.09.2025, has decided the appeal as if it were an appeal against the final order on the temporary injunction application. He therefore, prays that if the learned trial Court is directed to decide the pending temporary injunction application without being [2025:RJ-JP:50121] (2 of 2) [CW-19321/2025] influenced by the order dated 17.09.2025, he would not press the present writ petition. 2. Considering the same, this Court deems appropriate to direct the learned trial Court to decide the temporary injunction application, if service is complete, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, without being influenced, in any manner, by the order dated 17.09.2025. 3.
