This appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 27.09.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Manendragarh Camp Baikunthpur, District-Koriya (C.G.) in Civil Suit No. 55-A/2022, whereby the learned family Court has allowed the decree in favour of the Plaintiffs. 2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was referred before the mediation center of this Court, the mediation has been successfully completed, and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 14.11.2025 on certain terms and conditions. 3.
