The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from his agriculture wet lands to an extent of Ac.0- 14 cents in Survey No.209/1, Ac.0-25 cents in Survey No.209/2, Ac.0- 20 cents in Survey No.200/3 and Ac.0-35 cents in Survey No.209/4, in total an extent of Ac.0-94 cents of Rebaka Village, Nakkapalli Mandal, Visakhapatnam district without issuing any notice or notification under the provisions of Land Acquisition Act under the program of Navaratnalu.
3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that the lands settled as Un-Assessed Waste lands covered by Sy.Nos.209-3Part, 209-4 and 209-5 in Rebaka Village have been proposed for providing house sites. The writ petitioner or the other is no way concerned with the lands proposed for allotment of house sites and the lands are purely vested with the Government. The lands which are said to have been held by the writ petitioner in Sy.No.209-1, 209-2 and 200-3 in Rebaka Village are not proposed for allotment of house sites.
4. In view of the above said statement, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
