On perusal of the material on record goes to showthat basing on the / // confessI®Onal statements of co-accused, name of the petitioner here,'n/A6 is arrayed as accused in the present crime. ln pursuant to the confessional statement, the petjtjoner herel'n was arrested on o8.112024. Except the confessl'onal statement, there ls no other materl'al is collected showing the compljcl'ty of the petI'tl'Oner in the present crime. The quantlty of contraband allegedly sel'zed from the possession of the accused is 13 Kgs of ganja, which is not a commercial quantity. Learned Assl-slant public Prosecutor submI'tted that major portion of jnvestI~gatI-On has been completed. 6.
