This petition is filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC’) seeking transfer of M.C.No.24/2024 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Hoovinhadagali to the competent jurisdictional Court at Kundgol. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and as the petitioner-wife has no independent income and taking into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner-wife to attend the proceedings before the Court at Hoovinahadagali, I find force in the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. 4.
