This Court vide order dated 03.02.2025 passed in CRMP No. 2479 of 2018 while disposing of the petition, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.12.12 17:14:10 +0530 2 within a period of six months from the date of the order, subject to there being no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, District- Raipur / 13th Civil judge, Junior Division, Raipur vide his request letter dated 06.08.2025 sought for and was granted further time of two months time for concluding the trial vide order dated 19.08.2025 in CRMP No. 2573 of 2025. 4. Today again this office reference was being heard in relation to PUD dated 31.10.2025 received from the 13th Civil judge, Junior Division, Raipur (C.G.) for extension to time in concluding the trial. 5. However, on a query being made to the Registrar (Judicial) with regard to status of trial, it is submitted that the matter is listed before the learned trial Court for final hearing on 17.12.2025. 6. In view of the same, further period of one month is granted to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial of Criminal Case-4095 of 2018, pending before it. 7.
