Kusum, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 74 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 B.N.S. & Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Nijibabad. District Bijnor. 4. Learned counsel for the State points out that the applicant has criminal history of two cases but in paragraph 39 of the affidavit the recital that the applicant does not have any criminal antecedents is false and incorrect. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file a better bail application. 6.
