The petitioner has filed the present petition assailing his termination order dated 13.05.2025. 2. The petitioner is an employee of the Seva Sahakari Samiti KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.11.03 17:41:23 +0530 Maryadit, Saldha which is a registered society under Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, therefore, he has remedy of raising his dispute/grievance under the provisions of Section 55(2) of the Act of 1960 before the Registrar, Cooperative Society. 3. Since, alternate and efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner, the writ petition before this Court is not maintainable. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to take recourse available to him under the provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 4. In the eventuality of petitioner raising dispute before the authority within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, neither the appellate authority nor the respondents will take plea of limitation and will decide the appeal on its own merits in accordance with the Rules. 5.
