This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Mahoba in considering the representation of the petitioners dated April 15, 2025. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Mahoba should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated April 15, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Mahoba is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated April 15, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 5.
