ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents especially Respondent No.4 in calling the petitioner herein to the police station without there being any FIR and in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the Respondent No.6 and forcing the petitioner herein not to file any appeal and civil suits against the respondent No.6 herein and forcing the petitioner herein not to file any appeal and civil suits against the respondent No.6 herein is perse illegal, arbitrary, unfair apart from violative of Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to call the petitioner to the police station without following due procedure established by law and further not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the respondent no 6…=

learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station without any crime registered against him.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of respondent No.6, the petitioner was called to the Police Station and the matter is under preliminary enquiry.
5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the complaint made

by respondent No.6 against the petitioner. The Police are further directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
