This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... toto issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering a civil dispute between the family members the land in Sy. No. 25 an extent of Ac. 12.85 cents situated at Sangala Village, Guntakal Mandal, Anantapur District and without jurisdiction is illegal, arbitrary and violation of the principles of the natural justice and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere in a civil dispute.”

2. Heard Sri M.Karibasaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the light of the interim orders passed by this Court the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of by making the interim order absolute. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
