GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.1577 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners who appeared through online virtually and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in Surveying by metes and bounds and identifying the petitioners’ agricultural land to the extent acres 5-43 cents in Survey No.743 and 744 situated in Dharmavaram Village, Dhone Mandal, Kurnool District, for the purpose of issuing Pattas to the houseless poor. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 05.11.2025 submits that the Government of Andhra Pradesh purchased the land in Sy.Nos.743, 744 & 846 to an extent of Ac.1.36 cents, Ac.1.89 cents & Ac.0.02 cents respectively of Dharmavaram H/o. Dhone Revenue Village of Dhone Mandal from 1. T. Bala Kesavulu S/o. T. Keshanna 2. B. T. Keshanna S/o. Chinna Keshanna 3. B. Rama Chandrudu S/o. Nadipi Balanna 4. Chinna Balanna S/o. Chinna Keshanna who were the owners of the lands vide Registered Document No.3364/2006, dated 28.10.2006 for distribution of house site pattas to the weaker sections of Dharmavaram H/o. Dhone Revenue Village, Dhone Mandal. The Purchase Committee headed by the Joint Collector, Kurnool as Chairman, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool as member and the Deputy Director, Social Welfare as Member Convenor have inspected the 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.1577 of 2020 lands and fixed the market value @ Rs.90,000/- per acre and afterwards paid land compensation to 1. T. Bala Kesavulu S/o. T. Keshanna 2. B. T. Keshanna S/o. Chinna Keshanna 3. B. Rama Chandrudu S/o. Nadipi Balanna 4. Chinna Balanna S/o. Chinna Keshanna for the worth of Rs.2,94,300/- through SBI Treasury Branch Cheque Bearing No.716112, dated 17.10.2006. On payment of Market Value, house site pattas were distributed to 90 beneficiaries in Sy.Nos.743, 744 & 846 to an extent of Ac.1.36 cents, Ac.1.89 cents & Ac.0.02 cents of Dharmavaram H/o. Dhone Revenue Village, Dhone Mandal for weaker sections. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no relief can be granted in this writ petition. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 05.11.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
