On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the counter of the 4th respondent, submits that the subject land is not used for the above said public purpose of Housing Scheme as the matter is pending before the Tribunal. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
