GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following 3 BKM,J W.P.NO.24556 OF 2020 ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action on the part of the respondents particularly the respondents 2 to 4 in proposing to allot house site pattas in <DONKA PORAMBOKE= and <GRAMA KANTAM= lands covered by Sy.Nos. 93-1, 166-1 and 166-3 of Srinivasapuram Village, Jangareddigudem Mandal, West Godavari District under the scheme <NAVARATNALU- PEDALANDARIKI ILLU=. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the subject land was proposed for allotment of house-sites under the above said welfare scheme of housing, but there is an interim order dated 24.12.2020. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in Sy.Nos. 93-1, 166-1 and 166-3 of Srinivasapuram Village, Jangareddigudem Mandal, West Godavari District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted, for any public purpose and if not already utilized by now for the above said housing scheme. If the petitioners are otherwise found to be in possession of the same, they shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law, giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including the petitioners, upon verification of the records and the subject houses, an appropriate 4 BKM,J W.P.NO.24556 OF 2020 decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. Any dispossession from the subject houses shall not be made except by following the due procedure. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
