The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not yet been filed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the conditions imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.P.No.8682 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025, to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once a week, i.e., every Saturday between 10:00 A.M. and 05:00 P.M. till filing of the charge sheet, and not to leave the limits of the District without prior permission of the learned First Class Magistrate for Special Court of Trial Cases of Red Sanders Offences, Tirupati, are hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required. Accordingly, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.
