Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Agra in complaint case no.155 of 2016, u/s 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Malpura, District Agra and further to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid complaint case during the pendency of the present application. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the sole applicant Bablu has died and as such present petition be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Prayer as prayed is allowed. 6.
