As the counsel for petitioner has already been elevated to this Bench and notice has returned back with the endorsement "insufficient address", no purpose would be served in issuing the notice again to engage another counsel. In view of the said fact, writ petition stands dismissed. In case, any cause of action survives, petitioner shall be at liberty to move necessary application for recalling the order.
