Tiwari, A.P.P. --- 03 / 27.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar (Bada Bazar O.P) P.S. Case No. 419 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 61(2) (a) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh. 3. On 29.10.2024, husband of the Informant namely Manjit Yadav was shot dead by unknown persons. Name of the petitioner has transpired on suspicion that prior to the occurrence, he had threatened the deceased. 4. Mr. Abhay Kumar Tiwari, learned A.P.P, after going through the case diary, submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is that he had threatened the deceased prior to the occurrence. On query, whether there is any eyewitness to the occurrence, he replied in negative. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar (Bada Bazar O.P) P.S.
