Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to pass an appropriate order to resolve the dispute of the petitioner for which he has filed his representation on 20.12.2024." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioners have an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under the law. 6.
