2. As the petitioner is having efficacious alternate remedy of second appeal U/s. 44 (2) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959, hence, this petition is dismissed reserving liberty to petitioner to avail the efficacious remedy available to him under C.G. Land Revenue Code,
1959.
