Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has confined his prayer to the extent that the representation dated April 15, 2025 filed by the petitioners pending before the authority concerned may be directed to be decided. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Mahoba is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
