Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:47789 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 51179 of 2015 Petitioner :- Laxmi Verma Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- C.K. Jha Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,R.C. Singh Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J. None present on behalf of petitioner. This Court has passed following order on 9.9.2015: "Heard Sri C.K. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.C. Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 and Sri Mata Prasad, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for State-respondents. The only relief claimed in the writ petition is to decide the representation of the petitioner pending before respondent no.2 (District Magistrate, Bareilly). No such writ petition is maintainable, as these writ petitions are not statutory writ petitions. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted one week time for filing of amendment application seeking proper relief. List in the next cause list" It appears that subsequently, no amendment application was filed, therefore, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner as well as petitioner also is not diligent to pursue this case. Accordingly, taking note of above referred order dated 9.9.2015 and since no amendment application is filed, therefore, relief sought cannot be granted. Writ petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.500/- to be paid by the counsel for the petitioner before High Court Bar Association, Allahabad. Ms. Shruti Malviya, Brief Holder is present.
