This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 on the basis of order dated 23.08.2014 demarcate the petitioner land of Khatauni khta no. 00639, gata no. 279 area 0.1710 Hectare and dispossessed the respondent no. 4 who is illegally occupied and encroach the petitioner land." It is contended that demarcation order has already been passed in the year 2014. Petitioner wants the compliance of the said demarcation order. As the order of the demarcation is of the year 2014, the petitioner is directed to file an application before authority concerned within 15 days from today. In case, petitioner moves an application, the same shall be dealt with by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil- Shahbad, District- Rampur strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
